An all-purpose 4 bar set of the most popular compounds: Emery Cake for removal of heavy-duty jobs like rust removal. INDUSTRIAL SIZE SENIOR SIZE BARS

For buffing articles of stainless steel, carbon steel, cold rolled steel parts, drawn stampings, hard steel and castings. Formulated with graded aluminum oxide mixed into a matrix of grease binders. It’s fast cutting and good coloring properties make it an ideal buffing compound on hard metals. Recommended for buffing out die marks, neicks scratches and weld blemishes.

GREEN COLORING COMPOUND

A dry working grade that combines fine alumina blended with green chromium oxide for producing a bright, lustrous buffed surface. Recommended for color buffing articles that have a good mill finish to start with and the need to bring out a more lustrous finish. Also used extensively as a secondary color buffing operation if the finish produced by an initial cut down/coloring operation needs further luster refinement.

BROWN TRIOLI COMPOUND

For buffing articles of copper, brass, bronze, aluminum and zinc, pewter, white metals, non-ferrous alloys, hard rubber and wood. This is a medium dry type of compound often referred to as “Double Duty Tripoli” because it cuts down and colors the work in one buffing operation on many applications. An excellent compound for buffing a wide range of non-ferrous metals.

BLUE MOON ROUGE

BIAS CUT WHEELS

For buffing, polishing and smoothing flat or irregular shaped surfaces to a high luster shine on Stainless, Chrome, Aluminum and more. Use with bench grinders, electric motor, and right angle grinders.

The buffing wheels is bias cut, constructed in such a fashion that each individual thread of the buff is “locked in” from the metal hub to the outer surface, creating a longer lasting and non-fraying buffing wheel.

The 1-1/2” inside diameter center plate is easily mounted on a bench grinders, flexible shafts, right-angle grinders, and portable tools.
